The word "Avoda" (Hebrew: עֲבוֹדָה) has a deep meaning. It translates to “work”, but in biblical Hebrew, it also means worship and service. That’s what work should be—something done with integrity, excellence, and a sense of purpose.
Roofing, to us, isn’t just about laying shingles or sealing seams or installing panels... Zion Laudermilch is a certified roofing contractor with over five years of experience. He attended trade school, where he graduated with national technical honors and placed fourth in SkillsUSA for the state of Pennsylvania. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, lifting, and expanding his expertise through training, certifications, and reading.
Nehemiah Laudermilch started with the Avoda Company in 2023 with the hopes to build himself and others into servant leaders achieving his God-given responsibility of a Avoda . He is a certified roofer with Classic Industries out of Ohio. And his goal is to become, and to shape himself into a effective man in order to maximize his impact on the world, for the kingdom, when he's not working some of his favorite things to do or spend time in God's creation, enjoying hunting, fishing, trapping, and camping. He also loves working on vehicles.
Kemuel Laudermilch has an insatiable desire to build an exceptional place of work for the families in his community. Kemuel has worked in the roofing and construction industry for over 8 years and holds an undying commitment to quality work and exceptional customer service. Kemuel holds a bachelor's in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Kemuel is also a CrossFit Coach and spends his spare moments lifting and doing Jujitsu.
Andrew was born in northern Pennsylvania where he was raised in a family heavily involved in the trades. He's fully certified in the highest products Avoda offers. He enjoys the technical aspect of roofing, always ensuring that the customer gets the highest quality roof possible. Andrew is currently enrolled in emergency med school and looks forward to further certifications. He also enjoys hunting, volleyball, camping, and reading.
